By accessing or using Momantza ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Momantza is a booking and operations management platform designed for wedding halls and function venues. The Service includes:

• Booking management system
• Customer relationship management
• Invoice and billing features
• Public website/microsite
• Reporting and analytics

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One organization may have multiple users with different roles

4. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Not attempt to access other users' accounts
• Not upload malicious content or attempt to harm the Service
• Maintain accurate booking and customer records
• Comply with applicable tax and business laws

5. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

6. Data Ownership

• You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service
• You grant us a license to use your data to provide the Service
• You can export your data at any time
• Upon account termination, you can request data export within 30 days

7. Intellectual Property

The Momantza platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Momantza Technologies. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Momantza harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• Upon termination, your access to the Service ends
• Certain provisions survive termination (IP, liability, etc.)

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
