We do not publish a one-size-fits-all price list. Palmyra ERP is licensed and delivered based on the functionality you need, the customization your processes require, and the implementation, training, and migration work to go live confidently.
Base product — sold by functionality
The base version is structured around the modules and capabilities your business will actually use — for example finance and GST, inventory and locations, POS or online commerce, manufacturing extensions, integrations, and user or site limits. You pay for the breadth and depth of features that match your operations, not a generic bundle with unused parts.
During discovery we map which workflows, documents, and reports you need day one; that scope defines the licence footprint and the baseline investment before any bespoke work.
Customization — on top of the base
Beyond standard configuration, many customers need customer-specific behaviour: extra fields, approval rules, print templates, dashboards, automation, API or third-party connections, industry-specific flows, or white-labelling. These items are quoted separately from the base licence because effort and risk vary with each requirement.
We estimate customization from a clear specification so you see what is product versus what is bespoke engineering or design, and how it affects timeline and cost.
Implementation, training & migration — at the end of the quote
Going live is more than software keys: it includes implementation (environment setup, cutover planning, validation), training for your teams by role, and often data migration from spreadsheets or a previous system — masters, opening balances, stock, and historical documents where required.
These are typically priced as distinct line items at the end of the proposal, tied to effort (days or sprints) and complexity of your data and processes. That keeps the licence separate from services, so you can compare options and phase work if needed.
